There are several reasons for the blood. Yes, hemorrhoids might be the problem. A hard bowel movement may cause bleeding. The anus is basically a muscle with skin covering. If the BM is large or hard, the skin may rupture. I would be more concerned if this is a frequent occurrence. If so, have it checked out.

My mother died of rectum cancer. She believed the bleeding and tenderness was a hemorrhoid problem. It wasn't and she had to have treatment.

If you are experiencing hard BM, it is usually a fiber/water problem. Or, you are eating too much cheese. BM's should be solid, but not hard. Watery BM is also a problem.

If it's red blood you probably have hemorrhoids. Red blood does not come from the stomach or small intestines as blood from there get digested and would appear dark and tarry on
T-paper. If your bung hole is itchy or burns it is another sure sign. Drink more fluids, eat more fiber (fruits & vegitables or fiber suppliment), don't strain when you poo and can use a topical hemmroidal treatment. Preperation-H bites it is only shark oil, many others are better but one of the most effective is to use witch-hazel. It is available on most hemmroidal wipes or you can buy A bottle for about a buck in A half and pour a little on your T-paper for the final wipe.

You may have hemorrhoids or you just pushed too hard. If it only happened once then I wouldn't worry. But if it happens again and it is a large amount then you should go to the doctor.

appears like a fisher. you should get a checkup to be threat-free although the medical doctors many times do not even prescribe some thing, they only inform you to apply some stool softeners. Are you taking any prescribed soreness drugs? it is a worry-free reason for more desirable sturdy stools.

It's most likely hemorrhoids. I have the exact same problem. It comes and goes for me. I went to the doctor to check it out and that's what it is. He gave me some hemorrhoid medicine.

I would recommend for you to see a doctor to confirm it.

SORRYDEAR BUT IT SOUNDS LIKE YOU MIGHT BE RUPTURING AN INTERIOR , OR EXTERIOR HEMOROID. To be safe you need to find out by going to the doctor and ruling out that it is something more serious. Don't be afraid or embarressed, its their job, they have trained for it, and your knowledge that it isn't something serious is priceless.

no I don't know. there shouldn't be unless you have hemorrhoids or rubbed yourself raw. if there is blood in your stool you need to see a doctor. but then if there was you couldn't see it. your stool would be black and tarry looking. so you probably have hemorrhoids.
