GWB 100% YES. George Sr. and Jeb not so much. In fact if Jeb had been elected President rather than W. there is no way the US would be having all the problems that it has had for the last 6 years.

I would not say the entire family. Only the current Bush, probably aided by his first lady. Maybe not deceiving, either. Does not look like he intentionally created the mess. Only he was stupid enough not to listen to the whole world. Unfortunately, it cost us 3000 of our best soldiers and billions and billions. Not to mention the hundreds of thousands of innocent Iraqi lives.
