Well, make sure you have a PRO DUO and that it's big enough to hold the file.
You need a cable to connect your PSP to your computer.
I'm pretty sure these come with the Core Set, so no worries.
After plugging the PSP in using the cable, the computer should sense a new device. Go to my computer and click on the PSP device. There should be folders that list "Video" and "Music".
At least I think there are folders, you might just have to drag it into the PSP folder.
Just experiment with the PSP device on my computer.

You first need a Pro Duo because it has more space than the Duo and you have to download them to the psp by doing the following:
-Buy a mini b usb cable or put the memory stick on your computer.
-Open my computer when you plug it.
-Double click Removable Disk
-Select PSP
-Then open VIDEOS, or create a folder that says it, it has to be in Caps Lock
-Drag the video to the Video Folder on the psp that I just mentioned.
Also remember that if you are gonna use the cable, select on the psp usb connection. Also remember that the videos have to be in MPEG4 so that the psp will recognize it. Hope this helps you out.

You can just load it onto the psp stick with enough memory, but if you want to have a more likely chance of it playing with control over settings/quality there is a new UMD disc out there that can achieve formatting the video it is PSP® (PlayStation®Portable) Media Manager
