You need to get out more: in depends on where on the planet it is that you live. In Europe everybody gets naked in the sauna, and commonly at the beach too. In Southern European countries (Italy, Greece) by contrast, you keep your bathing suit ON. There are no sauna's in southern Europe so don't worry about that. My point is that this stuff is culturally determined (du-uh).

No, only if you feel comfortable and in a sauna it's hot and you wear a bathing suit or towl, in a steam room you're more likely to get naked.

you probably dont want a full set of clothing as its hot inthere but a towel wrp is fine no one wants to sit onthe bench where someone just sat w nothing on!
in the gym/YMCA whatever-usually separated sexes so no one but other women will be inthere if youre a girl
