Mashed but still a little chunky, with Sweet & Sour sauce, butter and salad dressing. I actually make a whole meal out of it. I chop up onions and banana peppers and mix them in there. Put a few spices and herbs in the mix and it's a great dinner.

I prefer almost all other carbs to potatoes, but I do like roast potatoes.

People in the south have Crawfish boils and corn and potatoes are serve with em'....i dont know how they make them but they sure are good!! (they are red potatoes)

I like them however they are cooked
but my favourite way is to boil them then Roast them so they are nice and soft inside, but crunchy on the outside, yum yum

or seasoned tater tots.
loaded baked with lots of butter and sour cream, with bacon and cheesewith brocolli or chilli. with a ribeye and bbq ribs.with lemonade.
