need help locating oxygen sensor for 1997 lexus es300?

i am replacing the 2 upstream sensors and i already found one(the one you see when you first open the hood) where and how can i get to the other upstream sensor?

probably from under neath the car as the other sensor will be on the other side of the engine on the exhaust near the firewall
