I thought it would not be safe to trust a teen with my brand new porshe - but at 34? are you just house-sitting for them? or if you still sponging of them? then don't wreck their car as well.

I would ask them first. No matter what age, it is always courteous to ask for things first. If you know the answer is no, don't do it. It's not about age, it's about respect.

if it was my mom and dad they would probably rather i asked before i took off in it. if you're a careful driver it may not be a bad thing but let them know you drove it.

Grow up dude...Quit welching off your parents...Go ahead...take their car...It's not your's...It might feel like it, but it's not...Do what you need to do...for yourself...If it boils down to sponging off of your parents, go for it...
