This is something I have to do because I didn't show up to a debate; could graphs or pictures be incorporated into the report? If not, I don't know how to fill up 10 pages with meaningful info. :S

Pictures form an essential part of any report, and unless they gave you a word limit, I would include them, and use a large font size (12 or 13).

I once wrote a report in the 9th on how the compact disc/dvd actually works. You'd be surprised how many people still don't know about that. Anyway I got a 115 out of 100 on it. ...Just a thought.
