How do I uninstall a program that I uploaded on to my T42 IBM Thinkpad?

start, control panel, add remove programs, find program name click remove...

Click on START > CONTROL PANEL > ADD OR REMOVE PROGRAMS. Wait for the list of installed programs to load. Scroll up or down until you find the name of the program you wish to remove. Single click on that program and you should see a "Change/Remove" button appear on the right-hand side of the window. Click that button and follow the instructions (if any) on the screen to remove the program.
