It is made up of doctors and other healthcare professionals who travel to disadvantaged people born with cleft lip and palate anomalies. They give these poor people the SMILE that fate forgot to give them at birth. AWESOME!

I donate old clothes and stuff to Goodwill or Salvation Army.
My favorite charities are anything to do with animals. I'll buy extra food when I buy some for my cat, and donate food for the hungry pets.
