Leisha Hailey, yes, is a lesbian.

Daniela Sea (Max) is also out as a lesbian.

None of the other main character actresses have come out as lesbian, though Catherine Moennig (Shane) has repeatedly refused to comment on her orientation.

Kristanna Loken, who is guest starring for most of this (4th) season, is also a lesbian (and dating Michelle Rodriguez from Lost in real life. Cute couple!).

Alexanda Hedison, who appeared in a few 3rd season episodes as Helena's film studio partner and love interest, is also a lesbian (she and Ellen were a couple before Ellen got together with Portia de Rossi). Sort of ironic that she plays a straight woman who gets seduced by a woman... since she's actually gay.

There's probably a few other minor guest stars I'm forgetting, but I hope this helps!

Laurel Holloman is quoted as being bi. And, I read an article several years ago and saw an interview (before The L Word) where Mia Kirshner implied that she was bi as well.

As for Daniela Sea, I read something where she says she doesn't close herself off to just being lesbian, although she has been and is in an LTR with a woman.

Katherine Moening has been caught way too many times in intimate situations with women to just be heterosexual. There are actual pictures on the net.

The woman who plays Alice is a lesbian, (she dated KD Lang for a long time).

The woman who plays Max is a lesbian.

The woman who plays Shane is rumored to be, but who knows.

There will be a new character that is Bi. (the woman from the Terminator 3 movie).
