Certainly not everyone can know everything, and stressing over it is futile.

"OK" is relative. There are areas one might not have an interest in, and that wouldn't offer more than trivial knowledge. On the 'flip" of that however is the thought that if one wanted to know, they'd make efforts to achieve specific knowledge.

I offer this however. Anyone who chooses not to learn as much as they can about anything, produces their own ignorance.

Einstein once quoted, but I have to paraphrase (in my own ignorance) ANYONE can become a genius (About even one thing) given that they take no more than 15 minutes a day to LEARN.

Everyone is ignorant and smart in some areas. It just depends on the person on what areas they are clueless about, have some knowledge about, and what they know a lot about. There are also times when you can just forget something or blank out when trying to remember something simple, complex, whatever.

So yes, it is ok to be ignorant from time to time and in a bunch of areas because let's face it, no one is good or knowledgeable about everything.

In some aspect. But the more I've learned the more I am aware of how ignorent I am. (or maybe a better way to put it is "The more I know, the more I know I don't know")
