I am assuming you are talking about the one at the base of your spine? I don't see how it could possibly affect it at all. Just be careful when you sit up so as not to put too much pressure on that area. I have found that sitting straight up on a hard surface (bathtub, floor) can irritate mine.

Shouldn't make any difference but why not have it removed - they can. The tanning bed is dangerous, though, because it can cause melanoma, which is the deadliest kind of cancer. Look it up on google. People get it without using a tanning bed, and there's more of it now than ever. Its a skin cancer that usually looks like a black irregular mole but sometimes is pink etc. Leave the bed alone!
