Is OH count as an atom? Or OH is something O atom and H atom combined?

One mole of Al(OH)3 will break down this way:

1 Al in the molecule X 1 mole = 1 mole Al atoms
3 O in the molecule X 1 mole = 3 mole O atoms
3 H in the molecule X 1 mole = 3 mole H atoms

total is 7 moles of atoms
