Deoxys and Mewtwo would battle each other that's what Pokemon do so they wouldn't fight Naruto
And FullMetal Alchemist They use Alc.... on People to try to bring back people (yes I know they do other things but the Edward brothers do it for this reason in the first season)
So It would Leave INUYASHA for my Vote to beat Naruto!

I'm not saying this because I'm a die-hard Naruto fan (I love Naruto. SO CUTE!!), but... Naruto would definitely kick all of their butts. He's got the strength, the speed and the power. Have you SEEN the Kyuubi? With that on his side, he's bound to win against anyone from different anime series. Put him and Sasuke together, they'd make a kick *** team.

wow thats a nice question..but i dont think anyone from pokemon, fullmetal alchemist or inuyasha can beat naruto in a battle.. everytime he is in a near death experience, the Kyuubi inside him always shows up.. and by the way, his got that large frog! which is also very stong that beat gaara!
i think the one that can beat naruto is Goku from dragonball GT.. when he reach super saiyan 4, i think no anime characters can beat him!

I think seshamaru and naraku can beat naruto but then they don't like each other thought so they can't team up

If u put naruto and sasuke together then they are un stopable buy any of those other wise only naruto would lose to Deoxys and Mewtwo teamed up the others he can beat

inuyasha would beat naruto because inuyasha also changes when near death and his sword is the bomb. naruto and inuyasha r my 2 fav animes but i would have to side with inuyasha naruto cant win!!!

Eh, I don't like Naruto that much either (love the show, don't like the character much), but I honestly have to say that I think he would win. Not only does he have the Kyuubi (sp?) on his side, which seems to conveniently pop in whenever he's close to death, but you have to keep in mind that the ninjas in that show are FAST. Like, REALLY fast. By the time any of them tried to do anything, he'd probably be like, "I stabbed you! Believe it!"
