It's a little hard to answer this as they both are fantastic. But they are at two ends of the musical spectrum. One is hard rock and roll while the other is a softer, deeper myth and spiritual type. Neither can be compared to by anyone or even themselves for that matter. Can you imagine Kashmir played by Floyd? Same kind of music yet really different. Or how about Page signing Comfortably Numb? Just doesn't work. To hard to say but excellent question.
But being a HUGE Zeppelin fan, I'll go with Page, Plant, Bonham and Jones.

Good question. I saw Pink Floyd Years ago and they were amazing. A few couple of years before seeing floyd I was able to see Zepplin.
I would say that over all Zepplin has the better musicians. keep in mind however that although they were both rock bands they each had a different sound.
Zepplin has a soulful blues quality to it's work and the guitar riffs are some of the most memorable. Zepplin is stronger musically.

Led Zeppelin had better musicians, but Pink Floyd were the better band.

Both were awesome, but perhaps in different ways. The Floyd was great at creating 'atmospheric' mood music with insightful lyrics, while Zepplin was chameleon-like in how they changed between blues, heavy rock, and folk, celtic accoustic songs. While Zepplin was clearly more versatile and heavier, Floyd was better for just hangin' out jellin' with. All in all, it's up to preference, but my vote would lean towards Zep considering their versatility.
