If you are takling about one year - 1985 Chicago Bears.
If you are talking about a dynasty, it would be hard to pick between, the Packers of the 60's, the Steelers of the 70's and the 49er's of the 80's and 90's. Maybe the 49er's get it because their years of excellence lasted longer.

Packers won the first two Super Bowls, Colts only won one and lost one Super Bowl, Patriots only won three Super Bowls, but the San Francisco 49ers won five straight Super Bowls when they appeared in there. probably the 49ers.

I am an avid and objective football fan - I dont think a team ever had the persona and utter dominance of the 1985 Bears. I know there have been dynastys and great teams ... but that team was the best of all time.

Well you can't really pick a best team of all time since you can't ever be sure.....If I have to pick though It would be one of these: Patriots, Denver, or as much as I hate to say it the Steelers. (I'm a Bengals fan)
