Kasparov... Fisher has not played chess in years. He quit the game and seems to be into bowling right now. Kasparov is also years younger and in better physical shape. Fisher would have a stroke the first time he tried one of his temper tantrums.

I would not support any game Fischer plays by even watching it. Bobby Fischer (if you have followed his life) is the biggest cry baby in the world and a is a coward. Not only that, in the words of Bruce Pandolfini, "He held everyone in contempt and made you feel ashamed to even be in the same room with him." Fischer, along with others, has made it appear that in order to be recognized as a great chess player, you have to be a total jerk! I would much rather watch a game between Josh Waitzkin and one of the Polgar sisters. Atleast they have retained their ability to respect their opponents while they have become great players themselves. The game of chess should always be presented in a setting where there is the utmost respect and admiration for one another and played with good sportsmanship; not with hatred, contempt, and whining the way Fischer played. What's the point of being the greatest chess player if you're a total azzhole in every other way?
You should really examine the lives of other greats and get over Baby....I mean Bobby Fischer.

Mr.Kasparov no question too strong Fischers mental condition would be a handicap even if Kasparov went inside a time machine and went back and played the Fischer of the 1960's and 1972 he'd still win.

Professor Elo´s rating note indicates FISCHER, but KASPAROV was unbeatable in matches till 2000, when he met KRAMNIK. I feel however like FISCHER would win.
