At any Bare Escentuals mall store, QVC, or directly through bareescentuals.com (redirects to Sephora.com)
eBay has smaller sample sizes you and buy and try to see if you like it before you spend $80 on a starter kit. My kit came with two shades, Warmth, Bare Vitamins, Mineral Veil, the blusher (I forget what it's called) and four brushes.

Bare Escentuals is available at their stores, Sephora and QVC.com. I know Qvc has an excellent return policy, but once you find your colors you won't want to give it up. Most important just use the dust in the lid... THat's all you need. Happy shopping

I think you can buy it in certain stores. I'm pretty sure you could find some on the internet. You could also buy this from the TV or you could buy it at spas.
