Why would you ask that question?
Every culture has had their day and has been a colossal flop at it. Naturally, each one has spilled an untold amount of blood. I don't think the question is race so much as an acknowledgement of a murderous spirit that can operate in those who think they are greater, superior or even somehow on the same level as God. Man and power is a dangerous weapon.

Ever see the movie "Hotel Rwanda"? Or hear about some of the genocides that have occurred in South America and Asia? Ever read about the atrocities committed by the Japanese before and during WWII in China, the Phillipines, and with POWs? I don't think any race can claim a monopoly on killing.
