i just wanted to be sure if their still going to be instyle. and are the belts around your empire waist still going to be in style?

Okay, let me help!
Leggings are mainly a fall and winter fashion but this spring the thinner ones (pink,violet,yellow,light blue ect.) will be definetly still be instyle. You will have to stick to bubble skirts and light colored jean skirts with some cute pastel ballet flats or wedges. So have fun with it!
FOR THE BELTS:
No, I don't think so. Belts that are light colored will be acceptable just hung around your hips and waist over a skirt though! NO EMPIRE WAISTS! Okay?:)
Excess fashion sense: This spring is all about the light colors! Mix a blue henley with a yellow tank top or a pink with a violet, mainly just be yourself, as long as your not dorky! ;)

Yes leggings will still be in style. Especially the capri length ones with keds sneakers or flats.

i hope they are gonna be out of style. Whats the point!! my goodness lets wear a belt on my stomach {whats it doing, holding up your fat.} Sorry if this sounds mean, but i have always hated that look!! but..alot of other people like it.I'm one person who doesn't!

I live in Florida and legging are hot all the time. But I see them less and less now.

Leggings, even under skirts, are sooo ugly! Why do so many people like them?! They're also very immodest and revealing.
