ok he isn't my boyfriend yet but my friend asked him out 4 me but basicly she told him 2 talk to me and she asked him if hewanted a girlfriend and hesaid yes anyway he is shy and has never had a girlfriend 1 time my friend asked him out but he needed to think about it later he hurt her sisters feelings so when he finally said yes that he wanted to go out with her she said no because he was being mean to her sister im not sure if he's afraid to get hurt again if thats why i haven't gotten a answer yet or what i dont know.The girl who asked the boy out for me said that he said he would talk to me tomorrow but that was 2-3 days ago im tired of waiting what should i do ps he today came up to me in school and said whats up andwalked away he said it in a sexy calm sweet voiceanyway what is going on is this normal oh yeah the girl that asked himout be4 but thenchanged her mind because he was being a jerk toher sisterwell i told her abouteverything and shesaid dont count on him2 talk 2 u help!

wat i think is that yr friend is totally looking out 4 u ... but kinda in tehwrong way..... the guy probably only wanted to make sure that her sister didn't already have a boy friend cauz that would break teh notorius " Guy - Rules" or he wanted to make sure that she wazn't crazy or bitchy or anything......
i'm sure the guy didn't mean to offend her....
and i'm just thinking of all the possibities ... but have u ever thought that may b friend is lying or somethig.... i mean i've seen ppl on tv shows and @ skewl that girls do back stab each other........i usually keep my friends close so i don't think that my peeps would buy may b yr girl waz already scouting him but b-cuase u marked him already she haz 2 wait for u 2 b over him... may b she is trying to get u a wy from, hm quickly...
i mean @ my skewl there waz a girl named Lucy with her bff Jordan( both gurls) and there waz this one guy Gerado... he waz a solid 8 and jordan waz kinda dating him... but when Lucy broke up with her bf she wanted Gerado ( lets call him g) ... so she told him that Hordan waz sooo over him and waz gonnna dump him... nawt wanting 2 b dumped G dumped Jordan in fron of the entire skewl....... anyway... Lucy and G got 2gether the next day and Jordan waz soooo crushed...... from this story i hope that u know which girls 2 trust and which ones nawt to......
other then that i would start flirting a little bit and seeing wat and how he reacts....... if it is nawt obvious ( if he is a jerk or nawt) try going out on an unoffical date.... like" do u wanna pair up for lunch or something?" with a cute and foxy wink.......then try anad find stuff out about him..... remember if even if he says that he is busy it doen't mean that he is a jerk....

Talk about music, songs, school ending, what you're going to do for the summer, teachers, other students, politics. You seem like a smart kid. Don't get so wrapped up about this that being natural becomes a job. Just be you and things will flow like a river. A river starts out as a rain drop, then a puddle, then a pool, then a creek, then a stream. Same thing happens when you talk to somebody. Just be you and go with the flow.

Hun, omgoodness!
I don't know how old you are, but here's one thing to remember:
Don't be in a rush to have a boyfriend, you'll have plenty of time to find somone you like. I'm not saying you're too young, I am just saying don't be in rush to have a boyfriend there's allways time to have one.
Get to know this kid, like you said he's shy, maybe he doesn't want to make the first move. Maybe, you should. Ask him yourself, see where you are in your relationship with each other. This will show that you are willing to wait and have a good strong relationship with him.

Well, if your friend says that he`s a jerk, ask why specifically. Ask something like, "What did he do to you exactly?" If she`s just being a drama queen about something, then you can find out for yourself if he really is a jerk by going out with him. If you find it a big deal of what he did to your friend, then just don`t go out with him. If he`s already your boyfriend and you find out he`s a jerk and don`t like him for him anymore, then you should let him down easy. Say something like, "I`m not sure if I`m the one for you. I want to prevent future damage between us. I`m doing this so you won`t regret us being together later on."
Sorry if this doesn`t help, because I`ve only had one official crush in my whole life for now, and no boyfriend. (I`m only in 5th grade!)
Oh, and ndndramaqueencutie, there`s a wise saying: "Boyfriends sometimes stab you in the heart, good friends sometimes stab you in the back, but best friends don`t even carry knives!" If this girl is a best friend, then she`s most likely not stabbing her in the back.

I'm sure your a lovely girl but please dont be in such a hurry to rush into anything. Sadly our society makes kids feel that if they have'nt got a partner by the time they're 12 theres something wrong with them. Truth is life is tough enough without screwing up your emotions at an early age with romance and rejection. If some one else has to handle your social life for you then your much to young to be having one. Enjoy being a kid it only happens once! :)

Fergit all that crap with your friend and her sister. You don't need anyone in between you and the guy. You approach him with a sweet, sexy 'Whatz up.' And don't walk away until he responds. Flirt with him with your eyes and smile and he'll pay attention.--that is unless he's hanging out with a bunch of guys and then he'll ignore you so he'll look cool to the guys.
