If you have Windows XP click Start and go to All Programs, then click on Accessories and it's on that drop down list. You can make the caculator basic or scientific by changing the options on the caculator. Happy computing!

go to the start button from the menue that opens go to all programs, in that menue then go to accsessories, now look closelsy at the menue, the calculator should be half way within that menue. Hope this helps. Will this should be tru for all windows, from Win95 to WinXP. Now if it happens to not be there, then do this. Go back to the start button and then choose "Run" in the run Window, type "calc" of course without the " " and hit enter. Wala the calculator will show right up.. :)
If you were to use it often, then make a shortcut to your desktop of it, and it will always be there.

There are keyboards with CALCULATOR on them. If you are not so lucky, then click on START. Drag the pointer to Programs and a list of programs will cascade out. Drag the pointer into that cascaded list and it will stay cascaded. In XP, click on the arrows that are at the bottom of the few programs showing. Drag pointer up to ACCESSORIES. Another list will cascade out. Drag the pointer onto that list to keep it open. Drag the pointer down until it is on CALCULATOR. Right click on Calculator and click on Copy. Then close all that until you have your desktop. Now in an empty space right click and click on Paste Shortcut. A Calculator Icon will appear on your desktop. Then from now on all you have to do is click on the calculator icon on your desktop and you will have your calculator.

I always just click, Start, Run, type calc, hit enter.
Seems to be much faster than scrolling through the menus. Plus everything you type is remembered in the Run menu, meaning you can just type one or two letters, and it will fill in the rest.

Go to start, then up to programs, and then to accessories and the calculator should be in your accessories.
