Absolutely. Thats like asking does the truth sometimes hurt? Yes.
From another angle, I love people who try to prove me wrong and come at me with convincing arguments. Of course, only if they are really convincing.

yeah!! omg like when i say I'm dumb or fat, i hope i get proved wrong, lol! or like when i just say stupid things that i wish they really weren't true. like sometimes i say something and i regret it, and i hope that i was wrong about what i said.
