I didn't get my license out of a box of CJ but I think most other people on the roads did. Or maybe they just don't have a license at all, just like a lot of people don't have insurance any more either.
You forgot merging onto the highway doing less than half the speed limit, drinking coffee, watching a movie, reading a newspaper, yelling at their kids, writing something down, or looking at a map.

I live in Southern California. Making the drivers carry a Cracker Jack License would be an improvement.

Sounds like most of the drivers I passed on my way home today.
My daughter was recently rearended while driving her car. When she got out of her car, the driver of the other car told her he was sorry, he was trying to eat his tacos from Taco Bell while they were still hot. He then spent 30 minutes explaining to the officer why he didnt have a current registration or insurance before he was arrested for drunk driving. Sometimes I hate to get in the car.

people are too self-centered. They think they're the only ones out there. I think some people are trying to get in an accident. They pull out in front of you real fast, then go s-l-o-o-o-w. (and it's usually your fault if you hit someone in the rear.....A**holes !)
