Have you checked their websites? any fanclub websites? Sometimes they offer VIP passes, but just know you're going to pay a pretty penny for them.

did u meet miley in person? if not, then chances are ur talking to the wrong person, and it might be a poser.
VIPs are kinda expensive, depending on where you live.
