Blonde...very few girls look good when they darken their hair, she's not one of them. Neither is Lindsay Lohan

Blonde.
Brunette would be ok, but not the Dark brunette..it's too dark for her..
maybe a light brown would look nice

She's very beautiful either way, but I believe as a blonde, it brings out her eyes more. So I'd have to say blonde.
