you need to eat carbs, like pizza and pasta two days before your event and protein(meats) the day of.

you need to run, do wind sprints and things like that. swimming is good if u like that. stay off the carbs, they are bulky and will hold you back. u need some protein, try peanut butter and meat. also always eat bananas, as many as you can, it's the miracle food, apples and drink water like crazy

run a lot and lift wieghts but your to young to lift wieghts
