Refs called the game clearly in the bears favor, the bears would have won regardless though. Bears have won the super bowl, the city of New Orleans deserved to see the saints play in the super bowl. As bad as I hate to say it the Saints had a poor game plan coming in. Coach Peyton prepared for many games the right way, but I was highly disgusted that the Saints abandoned the running game. As far as bandwagon fans most of them did not jump on board until the saints clinched a playoff spot, the dome was sold out BEFORE the saints ever played a game. People showing up and supporting a team they did not want to see leave town does not make them bandwagon fans. Those fans that got those season tickets are some of the most die-hard fans coming off a 3-13 season, and sports writers not giving the saints a chance in hell of winning more than 4-5 games. I rest my case!

The Saints are the better team, but when the Bears d plays like it did, they had no chance. well done bears, but we'll be back.
By the way Beth B and agent zero, you think the Bears fans are loyal? The Saints fans have endured 40 season of hardship, no super bowl wins (or appearences) and a grand total of eight playoff games with a record of 2-6 in those games. we endured a 1-15 season and we wore bags on our heads, not to mention the WORST NATURAL DISASTER IN US HISTORY, and were STILL dealing with it. Yet somehow through all the good and mostly bads before AND after the hurricane, the dome is ALWAYS sold out (even when the aints were playin). THATS loyalty.

The Saints deserved to win this year and I say that not just because i live in Louisiana either. How many years did we watch and not even a playoff game would come our way. Finally we get a great QB and an awesome coach and we take it as far as we can. The bears may have played better sunday but with our coach and qb no telling what amazing seasons there are to come. We definately deserved to go to the Super Bowl more than Chicago.

The Bears. The Saints have had more than their fair share and the Bears fans are sooo loyal. I mean, they have continued to support their team through YEARS of horrible seasons and they deserve a super bowl win!

Nothing against Saints fans, but through all those years of terrible teams, all I ever saw was empty seats next to fans with bags over their heads that said "Aint's".
Superdome was packed this year though. Whole lotta bandwagon jumpers. They played well and deserved to be there but Bears fans pack sell out Soldier Field in terrible weather year in year out.
