I think one interpretation could be that they are implying your mom had you when she was really young. Basically calling her a slut. But...that's just a guess I have never heard that saying before.*shrugs*

It's from the movie Napoleon Dynamite. The line was meant to be a spoof on people replying "your mom" after someone said something. One character said something about college and another replied with that line. It's not really a diss as much as it's a movie quote.

It is a quote from the movie "Napoleon Dynamite". Also if you say it to someone it would indicate that their mother did not get an education when they were young - probably too busy raising kids. So in turn it could be taken that yo momma is stoopid.
