No, Fidel is still alive but for Dade County he isn't dying fast enough and they can't wait to party.

he is doing his best to stay alive because as we see in history most dictators never announce a succesor because they want to stay in power till their dying breath never truly thinking for the best of the country. he's half dead and the country is just waiting to explode
