my sis accidently broke a keyboard key of the laptop. the key is working fine,but the button is out of its place. can anyone tell me how to fix it ?. just in case its a toshiba tecra 8100.

With some laptops the key simply can be "pushed" back into place.
Lightly apply pressure down and see if the key will click back. Do not force as I wouldn't want to whole key to break.

If this does not work I'm sure you can go to a pc shop and get it fixed for a couple of quid/dollars.

Sometimes you can just snap the key back in by pressing firmly down. Otherwise you may have to replace the keyboard.
