Aww, just play with the deck. Spend the money you'd spend on another deck on more beer.

Don't play with them, have one of the boys grab a couple decks on the way over when they are grabbing beer or food, almost every liquor store has a deck of cards even convenience stores. Two decks keeps the game rolling. Have the person to the left of the dealer shuffle and the person behind cut, it keeps the game rolling. We always just threw a couple bucks in a week to have brand new decks for every poker night so they wouldn't get old and it put the "casino" feel into it.

No you need all the cards to play. Someone else has to go get a new deck.

I guess you could say that if its all the same for everyone, then its fair for all.

But I would go out of my way (at least a bit) to find a full deck

I would get three pieces of paper and write the number and suit of one of the missing cards on each one. That way, the game is much fairer
