in California is it Access or EBT ?

If talking about electronic bank transfers, then yes, you'll be able to use it in California but you'll have to keep the current bank account that it's associated with.
If it has a Mastercard or Visa logo, you can use it anywhere (store purchases, etc.). If there's no logo on it, you can still use it at ATM's.

If you're talking about electronic benefit transfer, visit the following site;

In this case you will need to contact them with a change of address.

it is ebt and untill the funds are gone on it yes. you will need to visit the social services offices asap to avoid interuption in benefits.

If you are moving to Cali, it would be best to visit their Social Services department. Public assistance are usually by State.

I think around here, they call it "EFT"...Electronic Funds Transfer. Or "Debit." Debit Card. And, most likely you can. It depends on the brand that's on your card.

I don't think it should affect you in any way as long as the card doesn't have coverage in that one state.
