I went to the doctor on a saturday and my hcg level was at 1800 then on monday they were at 3900. And finally on Wednesday they were at 3800. Could everything still be ok just the 2 different doctors i used were different labs.

Unfortunately, even if your level stayed the same it would mean there is a problem with the pregnancy. Your QbHCG on Wednesday should have been around 7800 (or a minimum of 6474 at 66%). Any pregnancy that fails to raise its HcG numbers by at least 66% in 48 hours is nonviable.

I am so sorry. You need to speak with your doctor about your options. I have had 3 miscarriages and each one has gone differently. Take time to grieve and talk to your family or support people about this. Your loss is valid and you have every right to morn your pregnancy. Normally, a miscarriage is not indicative of a longterm fertility problem and you can go on to conceive a healthy pregnancy when you are ready.

As far as this pregnancy goes, they will most likely offer you a D&C or allow you to miscarry on your own, checking your blood Hcg until your numbers fall back under 2. I am so very sorry for your loss.

If you had 2 different labs it could not mean anything. What did your doctor say? Your OB? You need to call them and let them know about this because it could be important.

I think that your right about the labs. Your QbHCG should doble every few days in early pregnancy. Maybe get your GP to send you for an ultrasound. Good luck with everything!

I think everything is ok, because there isn't much of a difference. Just test again to make sure they aren't steadliy dropping. Good Luck

It should double every day or two--at least in early pregnancy, I don't know if that continues throughout or if it eventually levels out.
