several years ago I signed up for paypal using my bank account I still have now and under an email I dont use anymore...I dont remember the email address or the password....well now when I try to sign up under my permanent email it says I cant because my bank account is being used by another email...how do I change this? It's so aggrivating

You'll probably have to call Paypal to get this fixed, but if you do so, use their toll free number: (888) 221-1161.
They don't advertise this number, for obvious reasons. Enjoy!

When you try to sign on to Paypal it won't let you without the password. There is a link under the message that says "forgot your password" click on this and it will ask you some secret questions to change the password. I believe you will need to get your old email address or even this won't work. The only other thing you can do is contact Paypal for help or get your bank to cancel access to your account.
