I don't know where you've been, but terrorists have been in the U.S. for its entire history. IF they invade is not the question at all.

You may recall one of the more famous terrorist incidents in history. In 1773, a bunch of British citizens dressed as natives, and then seized and destroyed more than three hundred crates of tea on board privately owned vessels. (link 1)

But there's no dearth of more modern groups, most of whom are completely peopled with Americans. A good example is the Earth Liberation Front, which is thought to be responsible for more than 1200 acts of terrorism and more than 200 million dollars of damage. It's hardly necessary to go half-way around the world to find terrorists. There are plenty right here. (link 2)

Finally, it's worth mentioning that you are completely confusing the whole point of terrorism. Terrorists don't invade. ARMIES invade. Terrorists create terror. And from the number of people in America panicing and duct-taping all their windows closed, I'd say they're doing a swell job without hardly even trying.

I am a veteran, went to Iraq in 2003 and are certainly ready to rock 'n roll baby! By the way, being the mother of a 1-year old son helps out too. Nobody comes near my family or those around me. I'm defending everyone, even if they don't like me. We must take care of our own. My husband is in Iraq right now, and taking care of business at home is the least I could do.

Anybody defending their country ,their home, their life from invading forces has never been referred to as a terrorist. The meaning of a terrorist is that they target noncombatant, non military----------civilians,women and children specifically while soldiers as a rule do not specifically do that. The very nature of terrorism is that you do not have an army; you have pockets of men or women strategically placed to make small attacks that cost the greatest number of lives. "Terror" - that is there aim. In America, it seems to have worked already - you lot are even too scared to fly to England these days.

I'd do whatever I could in that case. Nobody invades my homeland without a fight. How able I am is questionable because of my disability, but I'd do what I could.
