Its pretty simple, the other countries just need to start developing good talent!! Once they can develop the talent they will be able to compete. Australia is lucky in that it's domestic competition is probably the strongest in the world.
As has been stated a couple of times already, the West Indies were once this dominant, before Asutralia took their place. Just think, 20 years ago Australia were one of the lower ranked teams in the world, but by developing their youngsters and having faith in them, as well as good coaching, they began their climb by winning the 1987 World Cup and havent looked back.

Australia knows how to manage there cricket players and always ensure that the new guy that steps in is ready for the task ahead. Other country never prepare for the day when there big guns retire

NOTHING should be done we should try to dominate as long as we can,one day we wont be as strong so we might as well make the most of it now,also having us as the bench mark other sides will strive to beat us which is good for cricket in lifting the standard.
i don't think we are un-beatable just more consistent than other sides,mentally tough and able to handle pressure situations.

Start to do what other countries do and give new up- and- coming talent a chance.
Thank God the oldies of the team saw fit to retire.
If you notice,when visiting teams tour there are always more than 1 or 2 new names.
Its called sport (smanship), letting the team be good and not always great.
Money spoils sport.

This is history in the making, so we should enjoy it while it lasts- because one day it will come to an end.
