John Jakes - The Kent Family Chronicles (currently on the 6th book: The Warriors). Also the entire manga series of Kare Kano (on Vol 7).
Both are excellent in their own rite!

I've read all the books in the Lord of the Rings series and all the Harry Potter books. Now I can't wait to see how Harry Potter ends.

Its a really sad series but last week i picked up a book called a "A child called "It"" and its soooooo sad, then i got the second one, "A Lost Boy" and now i am already on "A man named Dave" Its a series of books that can not be put down, its so sad and its true and i can't resits not reading it.

I'm half way thur the Harry potter book. The last one that came out. I haven't been reading much last couple of weeks. Been going to sleep as soon as my head hits the pillow

George R.R. Martin. "'Something' of Sword" Series.
p.s. Abercrombie: I read that series too... mom was a freak!
I had a really hard time with life in general while I was reading it.
The author, Dave, really came out the other end amazingly, despite everything... keep reading..

I just read the first book in Thomas Kinkade's Cape Light series.I never knew he wrote books too until I saw them in the local book store and he writes really well also.
