Well, if you’re an awesome girlfriend (witch I’m sure you are) just about anything would do. I had a friend who received a talking Elmo doll that would say things like “Elmo loves you!” Kind of an odd gift for a 19 year old guy, but he liked it because it was a token of his girlfriend’s affection and love. If anyone else had got that for him, I’m sure he would have junked it or at best taken it back to the store for a refund (I know I would have; I HATE Elmo)
I’d recommend some chocolates if he’s a chocolate kind of guy. You could try a [non-speaking] stuffed animal, but not one of those stupid valentine gorillas. I don’t know why they keep manufacturing those; I don’t know a single person who likes them. Perhaps he’d like some kind of gift basket that has red and pink colors in it; bottles of hot sauce, toiletries (matching cologne, shampoo, and body wash), consumables (candy assortment or one of those summer sausage and smoked cheese boxes). Something of that nature might be nice. If you’re looking for something that lasts longer, try a nice wrist or pocket watch. Most department stores have them and the come in lots of colors shapes and sizes.
Those are some nice thoughtful gifts he may like, or at least something to get your mind going to come up with something on your own. Good Luck, and have a good holiday.

take him out to lunch or dinner. buy his favorite cologne or jewelry. buy him a gift card to his favorite store. do something orginal like having a picnic inside with strawberries,grapes and whatever you like. give him a nice massage.
