As a lifelong Bond fan I would deem the answer to be - whiskey. He drinks 101 triple whiskeys and but not as many vodka martinis.
He also had 35 drinks of Japanese Sake (served at 98.4 degrees fahrenheit of course).
The ingredients for the Vesper are 3 measures of Gordon's, one of vodka, half a measure of Kina Lillet.
Then shake it very well until it's ice-cold, then add a large thin slice of lemon-peel. (no poison)
Named Vesper after Vesper Lynd, the Bond girl because "after you taste it, it is the only thing you want to drink".

First Question:
Vodka martini, shaken, not stirred. As for how many...well, let's just say he might need to think about attending AA.
Second Question:
The James Bond martini recipe first appears in Chapter 7 of Ian Fleming’s first James Bond book, Casino Royale, as follows”
"A dry martini," he said. "One. In a deep champagne goblet."
"Oui, monsieur."
"Just a moment. Three measures of Gordon's, one of vodka, half a measure of Kina Lillet. Shake it very well until it's ice-cold, then add a large thin slice of lemon-peel. Got it?"
"Certainly, monsieur." The barman seemed pleased with the idea.
"Gosh, that's certainly a drink," said Leiter.
Bond laughed. "When I'm . . . er . . .concentrating," he explained, "I never have more then one drink before dinner. But I do like that one to be large and very strong and very cold and very well-made. I hate small portions of anything, particularly when they taste bad. This drink's my own invention. I'm going to patent it when I can think of a good name."
He watched carefully as the deep glass became frosted with the pale golden drink, slightly aerated by the bruising shaker. He reached for it and took a long sip.
"Excellent," he said to the barman, "but if you can get a vodka made with grain instead of potatoes, you will find it still better."
Coincidently, it was named the Vesper Martini after the beautiful double agent in "Casino Royale"

interior the flicks, Champagne is the main fed on beverage. observed by way of the vodka martini (which he refers to as a Vesper in on line casino Royal) i think the books do not tournament the flicks in terms of drink intake. i might wager it would be some uniquely British drink like a Pimms Cup. Bond additionally drank Lillet. previous that, i'm stumped
