Dude i have 2 games on 1 day!!!!! and there against fast teams
p.s. we have 30 mini break

The key to success is the 30min break in between games. Make sure you stay loose. No need to run or anything. Steve Nash will lye on the ground and stretch his back. You don't want to cramp up or get tight in between games. Do all the other things the people above me said, but make sure you stay loose!

I have a game tomorrow... I'm always worried before the game but during the game and after I'm not scared at all and anxious for the next one. Just practice - if you mess up no one will remember for more than 5 seconds.

My advice (done that before)

* Get really good sleep (not too much, like 8-10 hours min.)
* Eat really good foods (pasta is my fav. thing to eat before a bball game)
* Bring a lot of water and drink it beforehand...it does good for you!!
