That wasn't really a question, more of a statement. Vincent McMahon even admitted it once on Sports Center, after much badgering or course.
My question is, do most wrestling fans acknowledge this?
It seems to me that knowing that the victor of the match your watching was predetermined would take a lot of the fun out of it.

There was a court trial involving wrestling and Vince McMahon in the early 90's and they had to announce that everything about their "sport" was in fact fake.
I think most of the people that go and or follow this know it in the back of their minds but since they don't know who is supposed to win, it still works for them. I know some people who follow if closely and for them they are fine with it.
Good question

Its fake but still very entertaining. Even if the match is predetermined we don't always know who will win. If its a good guy that we expect to win, we don't know if he'll really win, or if he'll lose due to cheating or outside interference.
Look, in boxing when a guy gets badly beaten up or knocked out you feel bad and worry if he's ok. In wrestling you get to see much worse beatings without having to feel bad for the "victim".

Wrestling matches are choreographed sports entertainment. The matches and storylines are scripted months in advance. They are comparable to a soap opera with a sport theme. The action is very real and dangerous..thus, all the injuries. Wrestling is "fake", but it is real entertainment.

It's not fake it's scripted t5he average person can't go 30 minutes in the rimng doing what they have trained for years to do. know who will win doesn't take the fun out of it at all it's entertainment that's all
