How big does a celestrial body have to be to be considered a planet?

Even if you could mabe send me a cite where this is on that would be extremely helpful since im kind of having a hard time finding stuff.

The International Astronomical Union (IAU) which decides these kinds of things has decided that a planet is a celestial body that --

1) is in orbit around the Sun;
2) has sufficient mass for its self-gravity to overcome rigid body forces so that it assumes a nearly round shape and;
3)has cleared the neighborhood around its orbit

pluto WAS a planet because it cought traces of the gravetainal force of the sun and did not get cought in another plant's force. it eventually broke away. thats all i know

pluto is not a planet anymore because of its size and its location
