ok so im wondering how everyone can jump back up on their backs when they are faced up. like shawn michaels from wwe. how does he do it? he jus fell cuz someone knocked him over and somehow he jus jumps from his back and stands back up. i wanna do dat too so please leave a link to a close up video or jus instructions on how i could do that too.

Well 1 he plans the fall and aint hurt at all. 2. U gotta watch u dnt put ur bk out u will need to do some serious stretching and strength alot of the power to do it comes from his shoulders. in about another few yrs he wont be able to do it or he will put his bk out

flexibility. alot of ppl in the wwe can do it. but vince doesnt make them because then it wouldnt b that big of a deal when shawn michael does it. i seen lita do it like 2 years ago. trish im sure can do it. the rock used to do it alot also

Oh I can do that its called a kip up. You are on the floor, swing your legs back, place your hands behind your shoulders, stretch out your back, kick up as hard and as fast as you can while pushing up with your hands.

its really easy to do just put your hands on the ground elbows facing up. then pull your feet up to where your higher back is the only thing touching the ground. finally push off the ground with your hands and push up with your feet and back. I can do it but its kinda hard to explain.

i do that all the time... of course im young and flexible and a black belt in TKD... that might have something to do with it. anyway, roll back on your sholders, bring your legs in then thrust your legs out and use your adominal muscles to kick yourself up. kinda confusing i know but it takes alot of practice too.

it looks hard but after a few times you start to get it.. i can do call kinds of stuff like that!
