Whats a good alibi?

A good alibi is one that is believable, untraceable, and you can say without flinching, laughing or stuttering.

Here's a few alibi's you might be able to try:

-"I wasn't there to do the crime."
-"Would I have the heart?"
Blame someone else who you think everyone expected.
-"I was mourning the loss of (a relative, a pet, a famous person you know)."
-"I was at work."
-"I was under the influence."
-"I was under drugs."
-"I missed my required medication."
-Build circumstantial evidence to someone else.
-Build a bunch of cicumstances where it is impossible you could have done it, yet careful of the current conditions of yours and his understanding and the outside world.

Never EVER use these alibis:

-"He did it!"
-"Prove it!"
-"How could I have done it?"

Although using an alibi is also kind of like lying, so sometimes using an alibi is not the best option.

You'll get caught in your lie eventually, so say whatever comes to mind if you find yourself needing to make up an alibi.

or
I was in space

The best alibi is being dead, but that wouldn't help you much

The cat puked on it...works all the time for me (5 cats, one of them is gonna puke on something important).

Jee, I'm sorry Boss. I really did have that report done but I left it on the table and the cat got up there and ralphed her breakfast all over it...do you still want it? (Hold out a sloppy report...doesn't have to be done, just something that might pass).

Yes, Ma'am. I know this isn't proper uniform for work, but my cat got sick in my shoes this morning and I couldn't wear them.

I was somewhere else
Lots of people saw me

I was in police custody, being interrogated, when this other thing happend :)
