Although I still gain satisfaction from knowing how low Bush's approval rating is, I still can't help but question the country's wisdom for electing such an incompetent fool twice.

I didn't think they did. According to the last poll results I read (about 4 days ago) he had an approval rating of just 30% - the lowest in 100 years apart from Nixon immediately before he resigned.

maybe people don't like him, but they didn't like john kerry even more.in this day and age when you only have two popular candidates for a presidency you vote for basically the lesser evil. What i mean buy that is, you vote for the one who you dislike the least out of the two. i hardly hear, even in town elections, i think this guy or gal is great and that they will do a great job for me. i hear well he isn't as bad as him. this is my opinion on how most people vote in elections. and i guess America decided that bush was the lesser evil.

See, there are people who like Bush because it is very difficult to hate a person who is a President also and who is trying so save his country and countrymen from a threat of terrorism. What he is doing is what he think is correct. It is very easy to say as a spectator that "he is doing wrong" . Only time can tell us if he was right. Did you have any other solution to counter terrorism ?

Even if he is wrong, We all need to back him up There is nothing that we can do to get him out

I think he's a rather likable fellow. He's just a lousy president. Actually, he's beginning to get on my nerves a bit with his outbursts of "I'm the decider". He did it again today.
