it has to be chaste, ya no, all girls catholic school. anywho, i was thinking ivy, even though shes not really a superhero. any other suggestions?
p.s. i dont have any face paint, and masks aren't allowed :(

Possibly Raven from Teen Titans (long black dress, cape with hood would be a plus); you could carry a stake and be Buffy the Vampire Slayer while wearing street clothes.
Hmm, I'll think some more. Are you good at sewing costumes or do you need to be able to improvise using clothes you have on hand?
You could be the cheerleader from "Heros"
You could wear a red dress with cape and put a lightning bolt on it for Mary Marvel (sister of Captain Marvel)

Well, there are some really great female superheroines out there, and not all dress in.... revealing... outfits.
Kitty Pride and Rogue from the X-Men for example. Of course, Kitty is jewish, so...
Also, there's plenty of teenage superheroines who are great.

You know - it doesn't have to be a REAL super hero. Get some big pieces of cardboard and go as "Cardboard Woman" - or glue a bunch of flowers all over some old clothes and be "Flower Power Girl" much more fun that Wonder Woman - in my opinion. You can also make up what your super powers are. Like - Flower Power Girl could make people sneeze a lot. Cardboard woman could - I don't know - corrogate people. Whatever.
