John likes 400 but not 300; he likes 100 but not 99; he likes 3600 but not 3700. Which does he like?

He likes numbers in the 100's and the thousands,doesn't like anything that has a difference between 1 and 100

100=10^2
3600=60^2
300, 99, and 3700 are not perfect squares
