Colour usually. I do have this recurring nightmare in black and white though. I have had it since I was a child and it's about a stick person who I feel is me in the dream being chased and chased. Every time I get backed into a corner I seem to find a way to escape. I can't really describe it but it's def in black and white.

Like most of us I suspect, I am lucky to even remember a dream - which after all is only you brain sifting through the garbage of your thoughts. Why would your brain turn any coloured thoughts to black and white? A dream is a dream and will be what your mind makes of it.

I think u dont generally dream in any kinds of colour. It's more the feel of the dream that determines what the colour is.

scientists say that we dream in black and white but that we associate a colour to the things we dream about, in the same way that you might imagine a red rose as oppose to ayellow one .

mine are in color... tho having a dream in black and white would be pretty cool. all my dreams are so realistic that sometimes i wake up and get confused about if i really did the things i did in my dream... kind of creepy. i guess if you dream in black and white you wouldnt think twice.

Color, always. I've heard or read that mostly males dream in black and white. Not sure why that would be.
